I live in a 19 storey tower block,with 2 lifts,one servicing the odd floors and the other,the even floors. Both lifts are regularly breaking down,often turned off for days or weeks because parts needed,apparently! These lifts were installed during lockdown,so only a few years old. In the first 3 days of being installed, the even lift broke down on two of the three days! It has broken down twice already since Tuesday this week and surprisingly it needs a new part so went off yesterday afternoon and won't be back on till Monda... read more
Money focused. Not quality of service focused. Living off the history of the company rather than quality of their interactions. Struggled to build a relationship with sales reps or office staff so couldnt take out a contact out with them to maintain our lift. Excessive costs too.
I must agree with some other reviews here. 08:46hrs today, young driver of smaller van, reg ending WEH, fails to signal at junctions, even when joining the A59 from Sawley (60mph road). Why? Maybe because he was staring in to his lap whilst texting/typing on his mobile! Captured on rear dash cam.
