Quite disappointing when trying to book in, given a day to book in & then just stops responding. Turn up on set day- no one there, call- no answer, txt - reads - no reply. Could at least respond or communicate to let customers know what’s happening rather than a completely wasting there time, and just blatantly ignoring them, quite unprofessional.
