Great one to one personal appraisal of concern and condition
Terrible service, I have something wrong with my back that led me to not be able to walk for a week, hospital said they won’t help me and to go home, I paid for private physio and got back on my feet I finally got in the front door of this place and they said and I quote “unless I loose the ability to walk for at least 6 weeks, we can then think about looking at a scan for you” There advice was to go back to work and just accept I might loose the ability to walk now and then I’m only 43!!! You call this health care!!!!!
Alison the admin staff for dynamic health was rude on the phone, sounded condescending, wasn’t helpful. This is how it’s frustrating for patients trying to get help sometimes - you just get lost in the system trying to navigate and when you seek help, they’re not only unhelpful but discourage you from seeking help again
I arrived with low expectations but left utterly delighted. Philip C the physio performed a rigorous and logical analysis of my problem, did hands-on tests to confirm or deny suspicions, and explained his reasoning and observations at each stage. We now have a provisional diagnosis and more importantly an achievable remedial plan. Five stars.
They're professional & friendly, plenty of parking & waiting area too.
