Becca was very professional, kind and supportive. She was very thorough in her assessment and has provided a first step plan to my recovery. She explained the physio exercises well but the added use of Rehab Guru has made the exercises clearer. So often a quick explanation is forgotten once the appointment is over. Becca you are a superstar. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

I went to see Josh at Dynamic Recovery with a painful knee which I’d struggled with for over a year. It was very handy as I’m a member of Live Fit and the treatment room is very clean and peaceful. Josh was brilliant. Listened and explained everything. After a couple of sessions he realised the problem was actually my hip and I’m pleased to say I’m now pain free. Thanks Josh! Becca at Dynamic Recoveries was great when I suddenly experienced terrible pain & loss of movement in my shoulder. She quickly diagnosed a torn rotator cuff & gave me a progressive programme of exercises to help. She also gave me acupuncture which had an immediate beneficial effect. Becca was friendly & explained everything thoroughly. She is extremely knowledgeable & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
