I picked up a knee injury, Becca was recommended strongly to me, what a recommendation it was. Becca is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and provided a clear path on how to overcome the injury, including a programme with exercises and information to help get there. If you have an injury then Becca is the woman to go and see, thanks again.
Highly recommend Becca from Dynamic Recoveries. She is very thorough when assessing the injury. Mine was pain in the heel, under the knee and general week calf muscle. I was given a few different exercise programmes, easy to follow. After a few months of physio the pains are gone, I can wear different shoes again, can squat, kneel and run! Becca was very professional, kind and supportive. She was very thorough in her assessment and has provided a first step plan to my recovery. She explained the physio exercises well but the added use of Rehab Guru has made the exercises clearer. So often a quick explanation is forgotten once the appointment is over. Becca you are a superstar. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

The team at Dynamic Recoveries did a fantastic job in identifying the issue right away and created a programme that I could conveniently do at home and at the gym. The staff are super friendly and approachable and have a wealth of knowledge in their craft. After a few months I’m now pain-free and despite having 10-years of exercise experience, I’ve learned new things that I will continue to use in my future training.
