The company is currently renovating the flat above mine. I've had two leaks so far. First on the 27/02/25; the director disconnected the bath. It was dripping in my flat. The director suggested that there may have been some water left in pipe. Surely this is something that should have been taking into account and anticipated? I asked at that time if the cold water tank had been emptied, it appeared that the bathroom fixture had been disconnected without even emptying the cold water tank. Stay well away from this company, once they have your money they don’t want to know about any warranty issues. I had bathroom refit with underfloor heating put in, when the thermostat failed I contacted them to come and fix only to be told it was the sub contractors responsibility, totally not when they (Dynamic) were paid for complete job. Contacted numerous times, promised replacement would be sent (that was before Xmas) still waiting!!!! I even had arranged for my own electrician to come and fit at my expense . Never used them but driving around at high speed round blind corners in the middle of the back roads like an absolute knob.

I would like to thank Ross and his amazing team for all the excellent work they have done transforming my house. This included installing a new kitchen, upgrading electrics, installing a new boiler and installing laminate flooring throughout. Quality work done to a very high standard, highly skilled workmen who were all lovely people. Highly recommended and would definitely use Dynamic again. Thanks again to everyone, was an absolute pleasure. Would Rate 10/10.
