Terrible company, they try and take your deposit when the house was disgusting when I got the keys I actually left it in a better way than it was given in I done new carpets and new painting. Don’t be fooled by the ratings listen to the negative ones because you will be scammed. They inflate the deposit claims when you want your money back. Another reason to not go with them there “office” is in the middle of no where and have properties 80+ minute round trip just to get paperwork sorted at the end of your tenancy. She is thorough, proactive, nothing is too much trouble and communication has been excellent - she always contacts me, I never need to chase her up.
