Booked an appointment to visit the new flats and nobody is here, and they don’t answer to phones either. Not the customer service and professionalism you are expecting when buying a flat. It very unfortunate that you book your Saturday time to view flats with them and they don’t really care.
Absolute worst customer service and reception desk. If I had known the fixtures would be this bad (door lock not working, windows scratched up, hot water tank not working, shower leaking, bins not picked up on time etc) I would not have bought! Bad aftercare - little to no help! For a new build horrendous quality and management.
The location is ideal for commuting. The development very well designed and well kept. Just what is needed for a young first time buyer.
