Absolutely friggin useless, I give them a specific day to deliver something and they still can't manage that. I thought evri was bad but this is on another level of thickness, easily the worst delivery company.

This company is really bad - this is the 2nd parcel I have relied upon delivery and each time they say that they missed me , this is not the case I am in!!!!! There is nobody to contact and nothing you can do. I was relying on this parcel for a 70th birthday tomorrow and have waited in for 2 hours. You should be embarrassed by your level of service

They write to me your parcel out for delivery between that time until that time but end of day nothing delivered 3 times in 3 different day they writing For me same very bad delivery service

First, we were informed that this parcel had arrived at the depo and would be out for delivery on Wednesday 3rd December. They were not delivered on this day, and we were informed that it had been lost. After chasing numerous times and getting nowhere, we contacted the seller/sender. They contacted you and they had miraculously been found almost immediately. This was on Friday 12th December and they were out for delivery that very day.
