Kiddie’s Kingdom put this courier in charge of contacting us to arrange collection of our item but they never did. Poor
SUPPOSED to be delivered today between 08:30 -18:00…. Saw a DX van drive past my house at 15:00 coincidence?? Phoned their office who gave me tracking details that didn’t tell me anything and the guy on the phone wasn’t much better as didn’t have any drivers numbers etc…Messaged their online customer service at 16:30 and spoke to someone who told me that it would be with me within the hour… guess what now 18:20, no phone call from the company or the driver, looks like I’m not getting my delivery today!! Promised delivery of yesterday, before 6pm. Clearly your word is not your bond, Basildon DX. This morning hung on 55 minutes and “no one was available to take my call, so please continue to hold”. Have builders with shovels, waiting at the back of Hackney, to lay the Astro Turf, which has been lying in your yard since Saturday 6am, i.e. 3 days, when says “overnight”!! If Selco can deliver the goods on time, why can’t you?
