I was initially really nervous about embarking on this process but with the help of Sarah I've now got the keys to my dream flat and have already spent the evening giving the place some TLC! She made a complicated and convoluted process clear and manageable, and while there were of course the inevitable delays her communication at all stages was clear and reassuring.
