Community Living Center WiFi and day room PC have been out of service for 2 weeks. When will these services be restored for the use of the long term veterans living there?
Whenever I visit the Leavenworth VA, I have a great experience. My only frustration is my PCM constantly changes. In the last 2 years, I don't think i have seen the same Dr 2 times in a row.
I didn't have an appointment, but had an eye issue come up over the weekend. The staff worked me in to be seen by the Doctor. Very grateful.
Normally we do not have any problems with VA. Yesterday it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for my husbands Echo because everything one nurse did the other had to redo as the first did not records all the information. Very frustrating when no one lets you know what is going on.
Always impressed with the level of service I receive..... Government needs more facilities of this caliber to take care of all veterans. Happy I am registrred with the Leavenworth VA Medical Center!!!! Thank you all very much.

Always nice to come here with my husband..the people are always helpful getting us to the exact place were going to. Love this place and never any problems..
