I was there yesterday and I was a little disappointed driving from Nebraska for a 10:30 a.m. appointment and didn't get in until 11:55 a.m. after my pyshican was calling someone else name and I said " who my name was and I been waiting, he apologized and took me in and said he had a new nurse on the floor taking his regular nurse place.... I was okay with it until I go to put in my claim and it was lunch time and I had to wait another twenty minutes.... I was there yesterday. Even though I was late to appointment, they saw me anyway. I then went to er right after. Once again, I was called immediately, x-rayed, meds and out the door. The staff is very pleasant and thanked me for serving! I thank them for their caring and compassion!
My father always insisted on going to this facility. He just passed and I know he would not have wanted to be anywhere else. The nurses up here are amazing!
