I was out sourced for some MRI's to my neck and back earlier in the year. Was told I would be called back in to review the results. Since I have been hearing so much about how great the VA is and how hard they are trying to improve their image I thought I would just wait and see how long it took them to find out I "fell thru the cracks". I have always received excellent care at Leavenworth VA. Apparently this might not be the norm throughout the country. But I have no complaints about Leavenworth. The personnel really care about the vets, not just a social security number.
Everyone is always nice and helpful every time I go there. I just had surgery on my foot 12-1-16. It went great, and everyone was awesome.
I hate the KC VA so I had my PT transferred to Leavenworth. I was treated like a human being, instead of a Nuisance as I have been at the KC VA.
