It's unbelievable how nasty this place was on move in. There was mold growing on the walls mold growing out of the commode tank and on the floor. The A/C want cool the upstairs and want cut off. Part of the floor is missing upstairs. The microwave is rusted on the inside so it can't be used. The shower inset has a hole in it. The ceiling fan is so off balance downstairs that the floor upstairs vibrates. The kitchen cabinets are busted. The front door is metal and faces west which makes it so hot you can't touch it. I was optimistic moving into this place back in June, I can't wait to move out now. I'm already paying a fortune to live here and now they want to charge me extra to pay my rent. I can find a bigger apartment for cheaper with quieter neighbors. The staff issue on the weekends needs to be resolved as well, the smoke detector was going off in the apartment next to mine, the tenant wasn't home and it took forever to find management. Logan Square has really gone down hill. This is the second year I have lived here and the first year it was fantastic, but this year has not be great. We have reported maintenance issues and unless they are urgent we haven't been hearing back. Finally submitted a written notices of all the issues we have been having on September 1st and the only thing they have stopped by to fix is the A/C, which we had been calling about for a while but they didn't stop by until it was not working all together.
