Bad management , bad experience working there
Don't do it! The apartments are subpar. The air quality is awful, full of mold.
Have enjoyed my time here. Very close to campus and well priced
We really regret renting at Logan Square. The management is absolutely deplorable. They do not return emails, phone calls, or respond to maintenance issues. Our daughter has lived there for 7 months. The items that needed to be fixed the day she moved in are still needing to be fixed and she's moving OUT this week. The management cares very little about their residents. They have been rude and disrespectful to us and our daughter. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LIVE ANYWHERE BESIDES LOGAN SQUARE. It would cost less to live i... read more
