The physical complex is fine. The internet service is awful. I would not recommend to friends.
Logan Squares convenience to the campus, and ability to keep us safe as college students are some of the examples to why I like living here. The apartments are very reasonably priced, and the condition of the apartments are excellent. I've been living here for several years, and wouldn't change a thing.
I've had a great experience living here so far! The staff is really helpful and nice! Everything was freshly painted and cleaned on move in day,the staff even helped us move furniture! I would highly recommend living here!!
Knock knock Who's there? Logan Square maintenance man here to fix your sink. Jk, they don't come within a month unless you call them every 20 minutes (but that strategy really always works)
Honestly I'd rather go back to living in a dorm. The place is dirty. We were showed a much nicer apartment than we were given. I wrote a bad review about not having hot water and they said they had ordered me a new water heater, they never followed up. The WiFi is seriously horrible. They may as well not have it at all. It's seriously useless. It's impossible to get anything fixed. The price is way too expensive. It's not even that close to campus. I don't recommend living here to anyone who asks me. I lived at Logan Square for 2 years and it was GREAT. Everyone was so friendly & helpful whenever I needed anything! The office staff was AWESOME!! Something fun is always happening at Logan Square! I hated to leave!!!
The internet is deplorable. Its worse than AU wifi.
Dirty on move in, staff is not friendly and the owner focuses more on how the clubhouse looks that the quality of the interior of the apartments. Several things were broken on move-in including dishwasher, garbage disposal, sliding glass door, and AC unit. Now my dryer broke and I'm sure it will take forever to be fixed since maintenance requests are basically never answered. The lock on my apartment is so old that no locksmith will make a copy of the key, and I have asked them to change the lock several times which they hav... read more
