This place is awful don’t live here. Management is horrible. The day I moved in there was urine on my toilet seat and about half an inch of dust on my cabinets. The fridge was broken and they "fixed" it 4 times (might I add it averages 2 days before they come to even look at it) before they finally replaced it & when they replaced it they installed it so I have to stand in my hall to open the door. the absolute worst place i have ever lived. save yourself some time and money and DO NOT sign a lease here. look at 733trapsquare on instagram. my move in day i was greeted by MOLD in my air vents and a broken air conditioner. management took a week to fix my ac, never did anything about the mold. both my washer, dryer, and dishwasher all broke multiple times. the washer tore or stained or ruined all of my clothing. the complex itself is disgusting constantly riddled with TRASH and DEAD ANIMALS. the MANAGEMENT is AWFUL i nee... read more

Great place to stay very nice and friendly environment! The Office staff is awesome, extremely professional and always there whenever you need them. Not often will you find a good maintenance department at an apartment complex! But they are awesome every time I put in a request they are here. Thanks to brother Caleb in the maintenance department for such excellent service while working on my maintenance request!
Just moved in and I am so happy to start the school year off with Logan Square! It is so much better than my last apartment. The maintenance team responded really fast at helping me with an issue. They had a fun pool party with awesome food and drinks. Live here if you want to save money and have fun!
The new management team is very responsive and genuinely cares about their residents. As the new school year has started, we have had so many fun and interactive events. I love living here so far!
It’s always been a perfect location and great apartments. Now with a new responsive and responsible management team, I can’t imagine a better place in Auburn to live.
