My father has had Dwell Home Care look after him for nearly 12 months. They always arrive within their time frame, are friendly and carry out their duties that are required. I have never had to phone up to see where the carers are or make a complaint about them which I have had to do on numerous occasions with other Care Companies. Thank you again for looking after my dad.

Avoid if possible. Kelly "the manager" is extremely unprofessional, she bullied my mother into getting a hospital bed several times and escalated this to NHS and community occupational therapists. It was concluded by the professionals, she did not need one. Despite this, all they did was make it difficult for hospital discharges, she wouldn't quit on the fact she wanted my mother to have a hospital bed.
