Kiran rathore has been our carer since we started and we have been very pleased with Kiiran . She is friendly and always has a smile so if my wife feels down KIRAN allways makes her feel better
Thankyou so much for providing an excellent care service for my beautiful sister Geta,the care provided by the carers was excellent but i would liket to metion a very big thankyou to the carer Bushra for always going out of her way to make sure Geta was always happy.
We've needed an awful lot of help for my Father-in-law who is completely bedbound. At a time where there is so much to manage, Dwell have provided the family with a safe, reliable, and much appreciated service. Kelly and Farrah have always been responsive, and easy to deal with, and have shown us that they really do care. When we were given the option to change provider, of course we didn't. Thank you Dwell.
We started to have some problems with the care agency that was coming in to look after my husband, and so was changed to Dwell, and it was the best thing that could ever have happened. Kelly spoke to me on the phone through out the whole change process. The carer's are amazing, and so caring and mindful of my husbands needs. I would like to thank the carer's, Kelly, and all her team for the fantastic job they are doing. It's like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
Thank you Dwell for taking such care with my Father. The carers have a calming approach with how they work, and were so gentle during my father’s end of life care. We are so pleased that we had such a kind group of people coming in to keep him comfortable. We will miss you ✨Olivia
