Awful experience with this company. Have been illegally denied a refund for plates that arrived completely smashed and that they do not have in stock to replace, only being offered store credit despite there being no other plates I like. They also arranged a collection of two cushions I requested a refund for, and only after collecting them did they then say they can only give me store credit and not a refund! Great quality furniture at very reasonable prices. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Extremely upset at customer service… Extremely upset at customer service response to a complaint. Chairs are breaking . I paid to replace one and now they are all breaking. Retro chairs so do not buy them!!!! I bought all my furniture at dwell for quality. Apparently out of guarantee so clearly the furniture doesn’t last. No response to complaint online so called the store who was very helpful and agreed the chairs should last longer than 3 years. We only use the table at weekends and there is only 2 of us!!!
