We worked with Konan and he was a very helpful and concerned salesman. He found us exactly what we were looking for, and our new Silverado 3500 is beautiful. A fitting Christmas gift to ourselves. Our only complaint was the time it took to accomplish our goal. Seven hours over two days was a little too long.

First came to Dwayne Lane's Arlington to buy a good preowned vehicle in 2015, and returned for oil changes, discovering that I could get better service at a lower cost than at the JiffyLube that I had been using previously. Even though it is a bit further to drive, I now take both of my cars to Dwayne Lane for service. Consistently positive experience each time, nice people and a comfortable waiting area.
