I want to say thank you to Steve Hanson at Dwayne Lanes Chevrolet you went above and beyond. I had bought a truck from a salesman, who no longer works there, said it had brand new rebuilt transmission, well come to find out he lied to us. After fighting with the salesman for 6 months I finally talked to Steve which didn't have a clue I was having issues with my truck because the other salesman never told anyone, he went to bat for me and got my transmission rebuilt. Great guy I will do business with him again.

Had car trouble in the morning and drove straight to the dealership. The service dept. fit me in the schedule and got me back in the road in a couple hours.

We recently bought a 2011 Chevy traverse from this dealership. Later noticed quite a bit of rust on all the metal parts under the seats and such. Also mold on the back at belts. We were told it was AWD, and shame on us for not checking, because it isn't. Had to buy two new tires right after purchase when I was slipping when it rained. Found out the tires on there were truck tires, to even meant for that car. The heating and AC don't work well at all. We have purchased 2 cars from Dwayne Lane's! They are awesome on every service level. The purchases were both simple and pleasant. The finance department beat our credit unions pre approval interest rate. We had a major mechanical break down after a week of owning the first car. They fixed it no questions asked. Our second car we owned for just a few months when it had a freak part failure. They had a loaner car waiting for me and again amazing service. We are loyal customers! They are highly recommended
DO NOT GO TO DWAYNES LANES!!!! (They took down my other negative review!) I am still being screwed over on my jeep. Dwayne Lanes fixed the contract and were pretty fair about that...after they got caught trying to bait and switch! Since I bought it the hardtop has been leaking and my dealer, Tim Ehlers, gives me the absolute run around. Insisting I take my previous bad review down.
