I have a check engine light on my dash. Took car in over a week ago. I purchased this car from this dealership used and bought a bumper to bumper warranty. They have torn my engine down and had the inspector come out from the warranty company to verify so the repairs will be covered. They are not showing the inspector any bad components so the inspector says tear engine down further and show bad parts and they will cover repairs. Very satisfied with the experience. I've been shopping since January. Called many Chevy dealers in Washington and Idaho for a hard to find 3500 long bed crew cab ltz white. Some lied and most didn't even try. Kevin Sampson located and delivered on his promise to take care of us. Not only did Kevin get the job done on our new truck he kept my 11 and 9 year old daughters busy while in finance. Kevin has earned our business for years to come.
