Had a great experience here today with Travis Hansen. I found a Chevy Tahoe on their website and called to ask some questions. Travis was quick to find all the answers for me and I let him know the price I would need to make the drive. He said they thought they could make the deal and we made the drive from Seattle. They did not disappoint. After 4 days of dealing with other dealerships, we found Travis honest, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. Thanks for helping us find our new car!
Excellent service from Scot Condit - Service Advisor and Billy - Technician, on my Silverado this week as I was passing through Arlington. Such a great experience buying a new car from Drew Brown! Buying a new car can be stressful and it's typically expected to be a long process with lots of hoops to jump and I did not feel that way this time around! Drew was friendly, super helpful and quick to respond. We were able to achieve a lot over the phone and via text, which is incredibly helpful, as everyone is busy, right?! Big thanks to Drew, as well as Kim in financing who was also wonderful to work with! Highly recommended!

My husband bought his Camaro at Dwayne Lane’s. We took my Cruz in today for an oil change, they remembered my husband. As we were going to pay for the oil change the young lady asked if we were Military. I said yes as my husband is retired Army and she said that the oil change was on them today and she thanked my husband for his service. DWAYNE LANE’S YOU ROCK !!!!
Worst experience ever! Rude people in every department. Then they blow up your phone because their people don’t communicate with each other.
