I have been looking for an upgrade for a while now and found the perfect fit for me online at Dwain Taylor's website called to see if it was available for test driving due to my busy work schedule there was a little confusion but it all worked out and I was able to come on a Saturday the 25th. We found the SUV and the keys were not on the vehicle. Come to find our the manager, Chad, had held the keys for me so I was able to test drive it!! I was so happy he did that. Extremely poor response time...I waited 2 weeks and couldn't take off work to view the truck I was waiting and waiting and waiting on. Then I'm finally off and it's like oops, we have a deal pending on it. Then it's are you interested in something similar ? Definitely not.....That's bait and switch in my eyes. If the sales staff fails to respond in a timely manor, or attempts to accommodate a customer, why bother with something else that isn't what you wanted or waited for.......Extremely poor business ethics and efforts....... read more
Great service from the entire internet sales department!!! Everyone that I talked to by phone or through E-mail went out of their way to helpful and courteous. I absolutely recommend Dwain Taylor Chevrolet to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. The salesman weren't overly aggressive and they didn't try to sell me a car I couldn't afford.
