Incredible service, quality salesmen, and a friendly staff!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Terrible service from Jim Joiner. He was not helpful at all. Very rude. He even forgot my name after working with me for three days straight! Ended up working with the manager instead. They didn't give me a spare key and apparently their "bumper to bumper coverage" only covers the internal workings of the engine.... Would not recommend buying from here.
I purchased a 2008 impala having issues with brakes.I was told to bring it back and I did on receipt it said they cleaned rotors and brakes its been about a week since they done that now the car is doing the same thing.Called and left message with manager to make a complaint on 10/9/15 and I haven't gotten a response yet.
