I have a 2015 Silverado that had a very strange problem. I researched the internet and found that several of these trucks had the same problem but people were unable to get it resolved. I took my truck to service and Al assured me that they would find the cause and correct it. I was given a loaner vehicle (a truck) by the way and was treated exactly as I would expect from the Taylor family. With courtesy and respect.
