We absolutely LOVE our Anderson DB....don’t even go to ‘that other coffee place’ even when we have a gift card or someone else is buying! DB always!!
I am SO disappointed in DB lately �� Used to be my favorite go to. Now.... nope. Slooooowwwwww service. Unkowledgable people. Not friendly anymore. Wrong orders. Oh, and did I mention SLOW! This is related to the DB by the post office. This REALLY is getting ridiculous guys. Pick it up and get on the ball people. Please!!! It should not take 15 minutes to get my drink when there is only 3 cars are in front.
They switched up the blended rebels and use (I believe) the frost machine � that’s what I tasted like anyways. I liked when they just blended it with ice, it wayyy better. Now it tastes like an overly sweet smoothie instead of an icy blended rebel. �
Normally very fast service. This morning though I spent 27 minutes waiting to get to the window. Understandable if it's busy but I came through at 4:30am and there was 3 cars in front of me. The guy working (chad) was slow and didn't seem to care when I mentioned the long wait.

I’m a huge fan of Dutch Bros. The calories do me no good, but I just love my favorite drink, the vibe, and the people.
