I’m from Alaska where there are MANY MANY coffee stands throughout the state. Although I’d like to recommend that Dutch Bros consider switching to Davinci syrups (Torrani is so weird!) I have NEVER experienced such GOOD customer service, in my life. I visited multiple locations during my 8 days in Redding and I was ALWAYS satisfied with the customer service. I frequent a few of the Dutch Bros in town and the employees are all super friendly. I’m addicted to the Rebels, even my dog enjoys going to Dutch Bros.
The employees are some of the nicest. I always feel welcomed.

It took them 20 fucking minutes for them to make my large tea but they got every other walk up done before mine. Right by turtlebay so never going there again. It’s to hot to be waiting that fucking long dude.

Went there this morning cause I had a free stamp card and I ordered and came up the window and handed it to the girl and because one of the stamps was only half way on the card she said she could take it and I was like oh ok well I'll just pay then and she was like no we can't do that either so I asked for my other stamp card back and she said couldn't do that and she wouldn't give me a new one and was completely rude to me and was too busy singing to actually hear me and shoved the drink in my face and said "just take it, w... read more
