I really love the coffee free drink options (specifically hot chocolates) but dang! I have ordered hot chocolate with salted caramel many times, and like 60% of the time, someone makes me coffee. I don't drink coffee, so when I get back to work and have no time to go back after realizing it's coffee, I just threw my money away. This is the 4th time it's happened in 2 weeks. I think I'd rather wait in line at Starbucks and have it made right...
