This was the other day...Rant of the Day: So as Most people know Dutch Bros is a very popular coffee shop here in the north state for having an upbeat, employee friendly, Great customer Service Environment. Just visited for the first time. I was a bit confused about the drink selection and what I ordered but it all worked out. Thank you for the excellent service!
So mothers day was giving out free drinks to moms yet my mom paid 6.50 for her coffee. Went again the next day to get myself a dino egg and it tasted and looked terrible. The kids excuse was "it's kinda like a McDonalds thing" didnt know Dutch was trying to be like mcd's. Not sure that's the I'm at Dutch should be putting out. Used to love them! But i can see the employees no longer care about what they serve :(

I usually love going to dutch with my kids however lately the customer service has sucked!! I wait forever and barely get acknowledged by the staff and last time I had to remind the guy to take my order then he stiffed me on my stamps
