Every week different cleaners came to our home, sometimes service was ok but most of the time was very poor. Horrible owner with a lot of different excuses for poor service, every week she called to change the time.
Excellent service 5 star rating all the way. All the staff are polite hardworking and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!
Fantastic serving from start to finish from the manager to all the ladies who come and clean they go above and beyond what I ask would 100% recommend! !
We have terminated service agreement with this company due to consistently poor service. On a great number of occasions the cleaners would not finish the job/leave the room half-cleaned and the owners would never take any responsibility and always came up with the excuses. On a separate note, almost every week different cleaners came, plus the managers would often pop in into our property with the cleaners without informing us.
