Unfortunately, the product turned out to be completely unfit for purpose. Despite raising this with the Duravit team, they refused to take responsibility and offered no meaningful support or resolution. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the customer service unhelpful throughout.
Please avoid this company at all cost. They will not help you in any way at all if they can scam you. I brought a shower tray from these last September which was sent back to there warehouse and I tried to get the refund back with no luck. The managers are pathetic and never want to to to you on the phone. They told ebay I was harassing them with phone calls and emails. Just installed a shower cubicle from this company and the shower door is too short and no adjustment on the rollers! So the water is coming out through the door over the bottom door seal! Also only sent 1 door seal and need 2!!! Avoid ordering from the virtual bathroom store as well cause that is where we ordered from and durovin bathrooms sent the cubicle!!
Good range of products and easily located from j10 off the m6. Steve was great advising and supporting with the purchase of the shower enclosure. They are polite, freindly and professional. Its not a showroom so ensure you have had a look at their website before taking a drive down to collect, or have it delivered. Would most definitely recommend.
