Over 2 month since neil hypnotised me to stop smoking i was a heavy smoker i have never smoked since leaving his office totally recommended
I have been a member of weightwatchers for over 30 years with good success until the past 2 years when I have really struggled to lose weight. I had my 1st appointment with Neil 6 weeks ago and have already lost 19 pounds and 10 inches. I can't recommend Neil highly enough he has totally changed my eating habits and my mental health. Neil has changed my life in the most positive way possible. I smoked for 40 of my 54 years, two hours with Neil and I haven't had a cigarette since, nor have I really wanted to. Its just over a year now since ive had my hypnotic gastric band done with Neil. I have lost 6 stone 4lb and now walk for miles,which if someone had of told me id be doing ,i wouldnt of belived them.The process put's you in the right mind-set and assists you with losing weight and achieving goals that you perhaps wouldn't of been able to do with diet alone. I was really struggling with my weight and decided to try the hypnosis to see if this could help with weight loss journey. Durham Hypnosis were absolutely fantastic, Neil explained everything so clearly and made you feel so comfortable. After the first session my habits started to change and it made me a lot more focused. I lost over 2 stone in the coming months and I would definitely recommend Durham Hypnosis.
