Poor aftercare, repeated broken promises, and overpriced. My elderly father paid around £400 for two basic blinds fitted about 13 months ago, despite his windows being very modest in size. The mechanism failed on the bathroom roller blinds within a year and I contacted the company in November to report it. I was told 3 times that I would be called back about it as he was busy, or driving or on holiday or that someone would come out — including a specific promise to visit on 5th January. From the horror of sun light screaming in the windows to a super smart set of blinds. Came home to a new living room after fitting. Measured and quoted promptly, blinds made, and then fitted in around an hour and a half.
