Please be aware!!! Paid £500 for a bed for it to have to be altered on assembly as was not correct on day one of delivery then 2 months later the head board has broken already no one has came out to inspect the bed and instead are asking for £190 cost to have the bed fixing under warranty !!!

Just taken delivery of a Gatsby frame and Idream 3000 pocket mattress. It's absolutely stunning, it's really sturdy and the mattress is amazing to lie on. There was a slight hitch over delivery date but the staff at head office sorted that quick and easily. Chloe in store was brilliant, she guided us in our choice after listening to what we were looking for rather than being pushy for a sale. The delivery guys were brilliant too and couldn't have been more helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Been to a few bed centre shops,decided t try durham bed centre.no jumping on you left t brows around.the assistant andrew asked if he could help.after looking at a few beds andrew informed us of the difference between mattress which never happened at the others .andrew was very friendly but not pushy,with all the information he gave us we decided on the bed of our choice.andrew took us through the process step by step if what would happen next.delivery date given.andrew made us feel important and feel relaxed from the beginn... read more
