It would be one star if it wasn't for the older Indian woman that works every day and saves the day. Staff is never the same and oh so slow.
I drive through regularly and never usually have an issue, but today you failed me big time. I had stopped in yesterday to ask them if I came back in the morning if they would have a dozen and a half pink frosted donuts with sprinkles. This is my daughters favorite and she wanted to bring it to her class for her birthday treat for her 5th birthday. The girl said no problem and took down the information and my name. Depends who's working. Go at 4 am and the guy working is usually drunk and can't understand your order. Took me 8 minutes to get a coffee and a sausage wake up wrap and the coffee tasted horrible, and the guy didn't even know how to make it. If you go at other times its good and usually pretty quick.
Kind of funny about the crappy reviews. The line for the drive through was way backed up so we went in which May have been a mistake. We waited a good amount of time for two lousy cups of coffee and my wife wanted some kind of breakfast sandwich that they were out of or perhaps there was no one who could make it. I honestly do not know if you should expect more from such a place so perhaps my one star is not fair. Dunkin' Donuts is great in ottawa,Lou is the greatest there! Lou is very dedicated to patrons at Ottawa Illinois location! We need more people like her! She is very prompt with orders going out! i would like to see her get employee of the year award at this location,yours truly Rick stark!
