Piss poor service at this location I go there almost every day to get a large mocha ice coffee and today of all days I need my coffee I’m addicted go there waiting in the drive-through for five minutes no one answers the whole line in front of me pulled up and is gone by the time I get to the window I pull up to the window oh this is the car that didn’t order right now I couldn’t order because no one answered me there so I asked for a mocha ice coffee and then at the window stuff that me and the woman rolled her eyes and giv... read more
I got a small mocha latte and I basically got a small cup of hot milk. Couldn’t taste the chocolate couldn’t taste the coffee when I dumped out my sink after I couldn’t drink anymore than three drinks of it, there was a thick thing of syrup in the bottom but it wasn’t even mixed up. But since I was in the car on the way home it’s not like I had an extra spoon with me to stir it up but that doesn’t explain the no coffee taste.
Every single time I go to this dd my order either drink or food is messed up! I stopped going for a while but today I figured I would give dd another shot, I ordered hash browns and they are so burnt, I checked my drink and sandwich before I left, didn't think to check the hash browns because how can you mess those up, but got home and they are all hard and burnt! Why is it so hard for a place so expensive to give the customer what they ordered without them being disappointed?
This guy named David working night shift on wensday September 27th 2017 is awesome he is a great and funny employee and I will definitely be coming back during night shift when he's working!! He is new and he did a really good job! He is my new favorite person there!! Thanks david!!
It's simply the best!! I can even drink their coffee black!!! ���
