HORRIBLE BUSINESS IN OTTAWA IL! HOW DARE YOU REFUSE TO SERVE A TRUCK DRIVER DURING A STATEWIDE SHUT DOWN ALL BECAUSE THEY CANT DRIVE THEIR TRUCK INTO THE DRIVE-THRU. AND THEN YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL A CUSTOMER THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ADD A TRUCKERS ORDER TO THEIRS! I HOPE YOU KNOW THAT YOUR DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR HAS GONE VIRAL.
rude customer service. I've personally had issues here many times while I worked in ottawa. my manager was allergic to chocolate and I specified every time they'd make sure they use different spoons than they normally use since she can't have mocha near hers and they always said they would (with attitude) and then every time I gave her her drink she instantly started having throat issues or breaking our because of it. And now to deny someone just for trying to help out a truck driver!! and this is why I now drink starbucks

RecommendedI've been through this drive up well over a few hundred times. I've always been greeted with a smile and fresh coffee. The workers don't get tips there but have always taken great care of offering a stellar boost and/or breakfast for my kids and I! Missing my coffee but staying in and can't wait to cruise back through for great service and tasty treats!
Turning a truck driver away was the worst thing I’ve seen through this whole ordeal... THEY are the ones that keep you stocked and keep this world from falling apart... where’s the loyalty and compassion cause obviously you have none to give! Never recommending Dunkin to anyone ever again! Stay away people!
if you cant serve a truck driver who you would not be in bussiness without.....then NO need for yall to serve me.....ill go somewhere else! Im embarrassed for the ignorant manager here!
Turning away someone for wanting to add a trucker's coffee to their order and being told No? I think they need to remember who delivers their products. Just read this story and I will NEVER even consider going to this Dunkin.
Without truckers you wouldn’t have supplies to run your shop. Do better.
What they did to that truck driver is not forgiving will never buy from there again
