Forgot our donuts FOUR times with our order. Finally the fifth time my husband started checking the bag and the woman wouldn’t even give him the bag of donuts, just keep handing him the receipt!!! Finally after he said he wasn’t leaving without our donuts and said look the donuts are right here on the receipt she said “what kind?” Worst customer service ever.
RecommendedAll the girls at DD are great!!!!! They are so good to me .... I drink a cup of Jaya😊 she perfected my medium French vanilla iced coffee!!!! I drink this everyday ... it is what gets me through the day!!!! Tonya makes me a large cup of Jaya for those days that I am being kinder to others,😉I don’t like myself without my coffee... These ladies really do a great job of taking care of us die hard coffee drinkers!!! Thanks ladies😘
I love Dunkin, always have. My only complaint is the drive thru. As long as the lines are everyday, I know there is money for a new drive thru. People will damage their vehicles. The pot holes are Ridiculous

I love my two weekends a month that I work overnights because the woman that works at Dunkin is always so sweet and she makes my coffee right EVERY TIME!!! Thankful for her happy attitude on my way to work as a CNA. You matter! I am thankful for you!
well, for starters how about not being rude to paying customers telling them they cannot add a truckers coffee onto there order? you disgust me! truckers are the only reason you have any of your product! yet your going to deny a woman to add his order onto hers and she was paying for it! disgusting! this is viral on facebook now i hope you realize how many customers you will lose due to this. and hopefully your jobs!

the employees are extremely rude and do not care about the truck drivers the cat bring their truck through the drive-thru never again will I ever ever visit this establishment and I will spread it all over maybe they'll go out of business that serve him right and the manager has no business being a manager extremely uncompassionate
