Terrible service! They do not support their customers trying to assist truckers that cannot drive to the drive-thru. Ottawa, Illinois has selfish personnel!
how can turn someone away that is out doing his job in this time of crisis. Shame on you and your company. Now what will you guys do if the truck drivers refuse to deliver to your store. You will be out of work. I hope you guys get shut down and no truck drivers deliver to your store. They are out here working countless hours to help us all in America. The manager should be fired!!!!
Why is this manager so heartless during a crisis. We need to help each other now more than ever? Terrible Customer service . people pay for others at the window all the time.
Best time to get coffee here is after 8 pm. Atleast at that time when I order a Dark Roast coffee with any flavor shot/swirl and cream and sugar. I'm not getting some watery syrup with cream and sugar. It's disgusting. They will water down the Dark Roast but not the Original coffee.
they cant seem to make simple coffees u can tell em 5xs and they still do the opposite always the young ladies that seem to waste coffees daily
Manager Has major attitude. Place is never consistent everyday customer for last 7 years and treated like garbage.
I love the customer serves and the way the crew works together to get all the customers taken care of.
Frozen machine is always broken. Not exaggerating either. Atleast once a week it is broken. They don't always pay attention to the order(add/minus things ordered) some employees are great and have a lot of good customer service but then there are the few that every day just make you want to never go there again. Would give more stars if they could keep machines running. A lot of people want their frozen coffee beverages.
