I mistakenly ordered my online order to the wrong location. I pulled up in the drive thru and noticed but was okay with paying my purchase a second time. Today was national coffee day so I was excited about having a free coffee. When I go to make the small purchase for my coffee the employee and manager let me know I no longer could have it due to already using the QR promo code at the other location. Poor service Shouting to customer even he made mistake for double charged of 6 doughnuts Bad bad experience
Walked in to get a couple donuts and a coffee. Guy behind the counter was busy blowing his nose ( into a handkerchief ) I asked him to wash his hands - seems kind of normal ? He walked to the sink - sprayed some water on his hands - and walked back to the counter. Got out the same handkerchief and wiped off his hands…. Really ?!?! I am not going to support this level of nonsense. I walked out the door. So disappointing - not acceptable.
