Walked in to get a couple donuts and a coffee. Guy behind the counter was busy blowing his nose ( into a handkerchief ) I asked him to wash his hands - seems kind of normal ? He walked to the sink - sprayed some water on his hands - and walked back to the counter. Got out the same handkerchief and wiped off his hands…. Really ?!?! I am not going to support this level of nonsense. I walked out the door. So disappointing - not acceptable.
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. The walk-through worker was extremely rude from the start. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I politely pointed it out, they flat-out denied any mistake. To make matters worse, they snatched the drink out of my hands to add more skimmed milk — with no proper measurements or care — and then handed it back with milk leaking down the sides of the cup. Went inside 12:40iah pm. Three people were working and we were the only customers inside. No one spoke to us, acknowledged us, helped us, even looked at us. We waited for quite a while before leaving. The manager or owner should check the cameras, if they actually care how their restaurant is being run. There is a different place next door I will be using now instead. I recommend you do that too.
