Poor service Shouting to customer even he made mistake for double charged of 6 doughnuts Bad bad experience
Walked in to get a couple donuts and a coffee. Guy behind the counter was busy blowing his nose ( into a handkerchief ) I asked him to wash his hands - seems kind of normal ? He walked to the sink - sprayed some water on his hands - and walked back to the counter. Got out the same handkerchief and wiped off his hands…. Really ?!?! I am not going to support this level of nonsense. I walked out the door. So disappointing - not acceptable.
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. The walk-through worker was extremely rude from the start. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I politely pointed it out, they flat-out denied any mistake. To make matters worse, they snatched the drink out of my hands to add more skimmed milk — with no proper measurements or care — and then handed it back with milk leaking down the sides of the cup.
