Ordered some plain stuffed mini bagels and bacon … got everything bagel so I nicely let him know that’s not what I ordered he argued it saying he double checked that’s what I wanted and acting as if he didn’t want to swap them out he gestured for my bag and snatched it from my hands. So happy to live so close to this Dunkin on Emerson. They keep me coming back with their insanely quick and polite service. I have been going at least 3 times a month for the past year, I always order ahead while leaving my house, arrive in less than 3 minutes, and 9.9/10 times my drink and food are handed out within seconds of me pulling up to the window.
