Drive sucks , drive thru customer service from their workers sucks and their works completely suck.... WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT EVER COME BACK TO THIS DUNKIN' DONUTS AGAIN!!!!!

I don’t like writing stuff like this but today I went through the drive thru and there seemed to be some kind of miscommunication on what I had ordered. I asked for a frozen coffee. When I asked if it could be a Carmel frozen coffee (because I couldn’t really see the menu to read it) the lady taking my order said “so you don’t want a frozen coffee.
