I went this morning and had my order through the app and went in to grab it. One of my drinks was wrong. I had asked for ‘less ice’ and it was 3/4 full of ice. The older gentlemen was actually aggressive with me that it was done right, even pointing to the label where it said ‘less ice.’ I kept showing on the cup where less ice normally is (at other stores) and he kept refusing to fix it when I requested to simply take some out please. The employee here was so sweet and made our experience!
If I could give 0, I would be more than happy to do so. The store cook decided to beef with me for no reason after I was handed a wrong order for DoorDash. I came back and told them that they gave me a wrong order and the cook came from the kitchen and decided to choose violence and told me that I won’t be getting my order, since they are busy and ask the customer to cancel it. It’s not worth the time and effort to go there
They are sooooo rude and orders are always messed up.
Not sure why they thought that serving this was okay?
