This Dunkin Donuts has great service. The employees are always super kind, a rare treat these days.
They charge $1.09 for 2-3 pieces of cube ice to put in hot coffee to cool it down so I can drink it. I will never stop at Dunkin donuts ever again. Even told them why I need 3 pieces of ice. When I order the mini bagels she asked me what kind the menu only has 1 choice “plain” so that was confusing what others? She didn’t elaborate
Drive-thru is always a mess and my $26 order (2 lattes, 4 chipotle wraps) was wrong not once but twice. Rewards didn’t apply, I got handed someone else’s mobile order, then even after going inside the remake was still incorrect. Spent an hour and left frustrated. Do better.
