Every 3-4 months I get this crazy idea that some munchkins sound good, but I end up disappointed every time. They’re always hard, the staff is usually rude, drinks are always gross, drive thru line takes forever and they only give the promotional items to their friends and family. I really need to stop thinking “this time will be better” because it never is and I don’t think it ever will be 😢
Always come here and the drinks are always so inconsistent they never taste the same they either have a bunch of matcha or sugar sitting at the bottom . I went today and ordered two of the exact same matchas , I ordered ahead and still waited forever and when I got the drinks they’re not the same . One taste sour and the other has a hair in it , they never answer the phone and I couldn’t go back because I have to get to work . So disappointed
I'd actually give no stars. The worst one by far to visit. The staff just plays around for a paycheck. I asked for a medium hot coffee with half and half. The person at the drive through kept saying we only have seleeet and low. I asked for half and half, they kept repeating to me "they only have sweet and low". I read the reviews before entering and made a U turn right a way from their parking.
False advertising. Tried to charge me $42 for a dozen of brownie batter donuts when the app only charges $15. I was told because they are specialty donuts, it is an additional $2 PER DONUT even though their sign clearly says $1.89 for brownie batter donuts (not $3.89). Aidan was extremely rude but supposedly doesn’t work at that location normally.
