Giving them a 5 star review as I had a situation where my wallet was lost, and I didn't realize this until I got to the window, where the manager was 1000% gracious and said the coffee was on the house. A massive bright spot in a crazy afternoon/evening. Thankfully I found the wallet and pulled back through to let them know and offered to pay them, and they stuck with their previous offer. Appreciate it, and thank you!
waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes when there was no cars in the line is wild, then another car pulled up and they got served immediately and they served us after them.
They handed us my husband an iced cappuccino and it was only 3/4 full which is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Then, I put my straw into my drink and it literally EXPLODED all over the car. I didn’t even get a sip of it before it soaked our truck. Not to mention, the service is never friendly here. They don’t acknowledge you at all, they just hand food/drinks over and shut the window.
Dorian is a One Man Super Hero 3 days strong , same EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! 100% Awesome!!!
Donuts were super stale, and dining in hours are posted incorrectly. Will not be returning.
