Just love mooching round dunelm
Dunelm. More, basically forced, self service. I don't mind some self service, for a few little bits, but when you are holding a stack of crockery, shouldn't that be an automatic, manned till to assist with wrapping them?! Am I just stupidly old fashioned? When I have worked in shops I would just help shoppers, no need to be asked. Puts me off using Dunelm is I'm honest. I know it is pressure from up the ladder, which is why I didn't complain at the workers, customer service is being pushed out for profit!
