I would not give a star rating at all. As long as we, young or old, trust a medical institution until we stop being afraid, we can and dare to resist, say that they do not cure but simply somehow support health. There are a lot of medical errors, mistakes, and also ignorance, it is better not to trust this GP with children's health, they do not even know how to properly look after a babies health or prescribe the right medicine, the staff computer does not even see the children's health data, having made a mistake, they simp... read more
My recent experience contacting the practice was disappointing. After receiving private results identifying a significant issue, I requested to speak with a GP. I was told by reception that my condition was “not a priority” and that the NHS “wouldn’t do anything about it.” This response felt dismissive and inappropriate. Impossible to get seen. Completely mismanaged my symptoms resulting in 2 month's of sever ill health, an a&e visit, and now a specialist. Luckily I moved surgeries just in time to get the right treatment. Avoid if you can.
