This is the worst agency I have ever seen Please think twice before giving them your case because you will regret it. I was doing my spouse visa with a solicitor called Naima. She was good at first, but after the second extension, I was stupid and dealt with her again. It was my big mistake in my life. She put her address under my ID card and was delivered to her office, but there was no update after she texted me saying that it was delivered. Don’t hire them. They will handle you instead of your case. Lawyers in this firm have a defeatist attitude and would not fight for you. They are hostile, unprofessional, and have personal standards that stops them from acting in their clients interest. 🤯 You are better off burning your money then hiring this firm. Their client care team will comment on the reviews, but when contacted will not even bother to response to your emails.
