Since moving my Ford service to Duncan Ford several years ago, and appreciating their honest and capable service, I decided to actually buy my new Ford Fusion Hybrid from them, as well. After locating the car I wanted online, they worked with us to have the car moved to Rocky Mount, where we made the purchase. I dealt with Anthony from the get go. Started online and then texted back and forth. I couldn’t get down there to look at the truck I ended up buying for several weeks but when I did call and tell him I was coming he had it pulled up and ready for me. Was reasonably priced, and easy to deal with, and they even let me drive the truck back to my Hardware store and finish working my shift while they processed all the paperwork. Sold me a truck that I owned for 48 hours before the check engine like and then 5,800 dollar later still have the same dam problem. I do not recommend this dealership. I should done my research before buying from them.
